Compensation package: structure and motivation during the crisis

Compensatory policy of organization urged to provide motivation and personnel stimulation in achievement of good results, the most urgent amid the economic crisis. Questions of formation of a compensatory package and its structure are considered in the article. In order to implement the motivating function of a compensatory package its structure should differ at employees depending on their contribution to achievement of good work results. For these purposes different forms of compensation are used: constant ones (salary) and variable (bonuses), direct and indirect payments, additional social privileges.
