Abstract

A number of the general laws on formation of «new economy», based on use of achievements is considered in the fi eld of high technologies. Four positions having certain specifi city for economic transformations carried out by Russia and connected to prospects of development of «new economy» are analyzed. The contents of regulating functions of the state in conditions of modernization of economy is detailed.
