Property relations in new economy of Russia

Abstract

Necessity of transformation of relations of the property in connection with increase of a role of public sector in the course of technical and technological reequipment of key economic branches of the industry is proved. Features of functioning of public sector in the developed world economy are analysed. The basic patterns of ownership with a various share of the state participation are classified. Perspectivity of development in Russia the mixed pattern of ownership assuming an optimum combination of according to plan-market methods of regulation of economic system is noted.
