Abstract

The urgency of the chosen theme is caused by increasing risk of key competences loosing in consequence of their intention to outsource processes. In the conditions of increasing tendency of outsourcing using the analyze and defense of business-processes, that form core competences and provide sustainable development of company, are significant.
