Abstract

This article clarifies the interpretation of the key concepts in the world of work, as well as objects of research in the scientific field «Social and Labor Relations»; in a systematic manner describes the development of social and labor relations in the context of industrial development of the society; clarifies the differences between the Anglo-American, European and Russian approaches to the social and labor relations; formulated the idea of the development of the methodology of constant system improvements with use of an interdisciplinary approach to the social and labor relations as an alternative to radical changes in social systems.
