Methodological foundations of human capital prodaction efficiency
Abstract
Importance: nowadays the development of human capital is an essential condition of economic security of the country and its economic growth. In this regard, it is necessary to understand the essence of the efficiency of human capital reproduction and its individual phases in order to ensure this process successfully. Purpose: to formulate the essence and economic substance of the production efficiency of human capital, as one of the stages of reproduction, and define the subjects, object, functions and methods of evaluation of this category. Research design: the methodological basis of the research was the fundamental concepts presented in the works of foreign and domestic scientists who contributed to the formulation and development of the modern theory of human capital, the theory of social reproduction. The article uses general scientific methods of cognition – dialectical (unity and difference of form and content, phenomena and essence, unity of the general, special and singular, ascent from simple to complicated, transition from quantity to quality, ascent from abstract to concrete), historical-genetic, method of comparative analysis. Results: the author studied the points of view of domestic and foreign scientists on the subject of research, proposed the author’s interpretations of the essence and content of the economic category «efficiency of human capital production», researched and supplemented the ways of evaluation of this process.
