Abstract

Integration is an effective remedy of increase of competitiveness, but it is necessary to notice that integration transformations in many respects depend on external factors of functioning of the organization and specificity of branch. Kinds of merges and the absorption, associations of high schools meeting in foreign practice, the purpose of their integration are diverse. Creation of incorporated university is a new stage of development of the research and educational base of region: the research potential of region considerably will grow that will allow to build its economy in an innovative direction.
