World tendencies of developing of micro-entrepreneurship

Abstract

The article analyzes historical patterns and tendencies of development of small business on the major changes in the industrial forces, identifies the main reasons for the dynamic development of small business in the world economy, classifies factors of small business development in many countries and world economic regions, and proposes anti-crisis mechanisms to support small business in Russia.
