Development of Federal and National Research Universities as Basis of Forming the Innovative Economy

Abstract

Problems and prospects of development of the domestic scientific and educational system are marked in the article, motion of realization of Conception of creation and state support of functioning of federal universities is reflected, and also process of creation of national research universities. It is set that passing to innovative socio-economic development of Russia requires certain changes in going near forming of the corresponding system of the scientific providing.
