Prospects of development of correlation of business and state in educational sphere

Abstract

Innovative trend of economy amends to the strategic direction of all the economy sectors development, including an education. The main problem that should be solved in the innovative economy is the creation of institutional conditions for the transformation of knowledge capital with the purpose of ensuring innovation, both in the state and in the region. This article gives proof of the necessity of forming a regional innovation system as an integral part of economic policy, which should bring together the efforts of the public authorities at all levels, organizations, scientific-technological organizations, educational spheres and the business sector to accelerate the use of science and new technologies for the strategic national priorities implementation and orientation of the regional economy on the trajectory of innovation growth.
