Problems of institutionalization of Russian educational system in the conditions of knowledge economy

Abstract

This article is devoted to the reforming of educational system in the conditions of socially focused economy in Russia, in particular, it is about the institutional changes in this system. The factors forming directions of changes, and also, institutional conflicts and «traps» causing character of transformations are considered.
