Institutional paradigm of the analysis of economic criminality and shadow economy

Abstract

In the article possibilities of application of the institutional approach in the theory and practice of regulation of shadow economy are analyzed. Objective complementarity of formal and informal institutes is proved. Limitation of the concept of opportunism in the analysis of shadow models of behavior is revealed and realness of the theory of institutional «traps» is shown.
