Abstract

In this article author’s development of a business process model «export» is presented. Also subjects of the export activity analysis and distribution of analytical functions between structural divisions of the organization are specified. Taking into account revealing of the main objects of the analysis of export activity, the most important stages of carrying out of the complex economic analysis of export operations are allocated.
