Abstract

In this article the problems of increase of efficiency of development of small business are examined in a home economy. Small business is a numerous enough layer of small holders which by virtue of the mass character to a great extent determine the socio-economic and political level of development of country in Russia. Development of small enterprise is a difficult and difficult process in Russia, attended with numerous problems, meeting on his way.
