About development strategic projects of municipic entity – city and rural settlement of the Voronezh region

Abstract

Nowadays activity on strategic planning again has become important. Strategy development has to be not only in areas and municipal areas, but also in rural settlements. Promptitude of Strategies’ development is determined by transformations of economic way of life of the country: economic decentralization, expansion of the rights of regions and municipal unions. Necessity of municipal union’s development based on principles of planning taking into account national, regional and municipal trends and features of development on the basis of the coordination of the population’s interests, public authorities, local governments, public organizations and corporate structures of business community.
