Development of models of economic stimulating on the base of analyses of salary fund

Abstract

The article considers the problem of establishing objective wage employees. Examples are given to illustrate the changes in incremental stock compensation under different conditions. Various methods of establishing the amount of payroll in modern organizations are presented.
