Abstract

The material and industrial stocks management analysis of JSC «AV-TOKRAN» has been done. The stocks grouping according to ABC technique and XYZ analysis is executed. The borders for ABC groups and XYZ analysis are specified. The complex approach to stocks classification into groups is given. Stocks distribution surface 3D schedules are constructed. The stocks groups for which it is necessary to develop a wide nomenclature management model have been revealed. Proposals of stocks system control perfection on JSC «AVTOKRAN» are made.
