Usage of mechanism of public and private partnership in process of regulating of regional development

Abstract

Currently in Russia there is no single approach to the usage of public and private partnership in the process of performing the functions of the executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation on regulation of regional economy. In this case the relevance of implementing investment projects in public-private partnership increases every year, the mechanisms of these projects require systematization.
