Abstract

In the article essence of investment policy is considered, basic principles of management of investment projects are distinguished, analysis of factors of development of industrial enterprise, that influence on planning of investment activity, is expanded. A conclusion on necessity of stimulating of investment activity by means of application of scientific tools of management.
