Territorial megaprojects: priorities, risks, management

Abstract

Perspective of working out of strategy of social and economic develop¬ment of federal districts of Russia in format of territorial megaprojects is proved, features of their formation reveal, advantages and possible risks of realization are analyzed. The article analyses the necessity of the institutional legalization and functional strengthening of the integrated middle (federal district) manager_mepsistrative level of the intraregional-al goal programs through creation of specialized organizational and managerial structures at the representation of the Russian President in a federal district and the authorization with corresponding power.
