Abstract
The portrait of the consumer of educational services is formed at the expense of preferences and intentions of managing subjects and separate persons which or make the decision on purchase of services, or take in educational process direct part. By means of a consumer portrait it is possible not only to define the factors influencing behavior of consumers at the moment of time, but also being based on their estimation to expect changes in preferences of consumers for the purpose of successful competition in the market.Downloads
