Government support and problem of development of innovative infrastructure in accordance with the realization of the Federal Law № 217

Abstract

The measures of state support to encourage the development of an innovative economy are considered. The constraints on the creation of small-scale innovative enterprises in accordance with Federal law № 217 are presented. The measures for elimination of this constraints are suggested.
