Factors of a synchronous development of Russian regions

Abstract

Economic dynamics of the Russian regions is subject to action of numerous factors of the technical and technological, social and economic and institutional plan. The data set of factors causes not synchronism of their development and causes three possible types of development of regions: inertial, innovative, imitating. To define perspective type of development of regions as a whole for such country as Russia, with the various potential, different institutes, it is impossible. The type should correspond to speed of development in which the internal potential of regions, their inclusiveness in a national macrosystem and world megasystem is shown.
