Abstract

Modern approaches to estimation of innovative potential and activity of regions, tendencies in its changes are considered in the article. Quantitative indexes, characterizing innovative activity and innovative potential in Volgograd region and in South Federal District are analyzed; directions of activation of innovative activity in Volgograd Region are marked.
