Theoretical foundations for the formation of risk management system as an instrument of providing sustainable development of small business

Abstract

The essence of entrepreneurial activity is filled with risks of various kinds. Ignoring, underestimating, and small account of specific entrepreneurial risks during developing tactical and strategic instruments of business policy of entrepreneurial subjects specifically inhibits the development of modern society and puts an economic system to lower levels. The possibility of capital investment, employment, new hire, sale of goods and services in the market, pricing or signing an agreement for the sale - all this may be the reason which entailing the entrepreneurial risk. In this article disclosed the theoretical basis of the formation of risk-management system that allows to be an instrument of sustainable development of small business entity as the business environment more at risk.
