Analysis and modelling of financial performance of the territorial network organization «Volgogradoblelektro»

Abstract

A statistical analysis of the financial activities of the territorial network organization «Volgogradoblelektro» is performed. It is revealed that although the financial position of the company is stable, in the current regulatory practice of transportation tariffs for electricity network companies the return on equity of «Volgogradoblelektro» has the downward dynamics. The statistical relationship of the return on equity with other financial indicators of «Volgogradoblelektro» is studied. An econometric model of the ROE is constructed and measures to bridge the identified trend are offered.
