On question about the difference between cadastral and market values of a site of land on example of object of immovable property in Volgograd

Abstract

The article considers two types of land evaluation: cadastral value and market value. Difference between them and analyzed the reasons for it are shown on the example. Possibility of using this difference in order to improve use of land is offered.
