Basic problems and factors of “braking” of innovative activity of the Russian business

Abstract

Article is devoted to studying of factors of braking of innovative activity of the Russian business. Classification of given factors allows allocating multilevel aspects of development of the innovative enterprises, and also the internal and external obstacles influencing innovative activity of the enterprise. Author results a series of measures, promoting decrease or elimination of available barriers of increase of innovative activity of the modern Russian enterprises.
