Balance of interests of the innovation development subjects

Abstract

The article analyzes the subjects of the national innovation system in Russia - science, business and government. We consider the development of each subject during the last decade, evaluated the potential of innovative development of these subjects and their relationships in the implementation of innovative development. In conclusion, we offer a number of measures aimed at optimizing the balanced development of the subjects of the national innovation system in Russia
