Abstract
In order to stimulate consumer demand in the tourism and recreation area is necessary to develop branding recreational areas separate territory (city, region) that enhances its attractiveness to different businesses, to attract domestic and foreign investors and the general growth of the country's competitiveness on the global tourism market. Branding territory necessitates the formation of a cluster of recreational city or region, aimed at creating a positive brand image.
