Abstract
The article was prepared on the materials of sample statistical survey of 109 enterprises of different ownership forms, and various industrial branches engaged in the recruitment of a preliminary assessment of the candidates. On the basis of calculating the frequency of application of methods to assess internal and external candidates, the number of vacancies and applicants for employment, validity, feasibility and acceptability of the methods candidates conclusions about the specific problem of providing suitable personnel of enterprises in the region.Downloads
