Regulation of Innovative Forms of Social and Labour Relations in the Current Conditions: Opportunities and Limitations

Abstract

Article is dedicated to the questions of regulation of innovation forms of social and labor relations: telework and labor leasing. Formulates recommendations of theirs regulation in Russia taking into account a foreign experience and Russian practice. Possibilities and restrictions of new forms of social and labor relations in modern conditions are considered.
