The Individual's Managing of Innovative Activity

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the innovation receptivity of the national economy. The risks of human capital investment were analyzed. Phased reduction of the risk human capital investment which based on the literature’s analysis and practice management mechanism was suggested. The principles of innovation encouragement of the individuals were shown.
