Abstract

The article is about customer touch points as a vital term in marketing. The author offers the methodology of research the customer touch points at an automobile dealership. The classification of the customer touch points at an automobile dealership is determined. The author considers elements of the customer touch points at car purchase. Also the methods of research and plan customer relationships are identified.
