Human development under the conditions of higher education partnership corporate sector and the state

Abstract

In article subjects of partnership of higher education institutions, corporate sector and the state from a position of involved integrated units are considered. Separate conditions of noted units are investigated and options of their improvement from the point of view of opportunity formation and realization possibility of human development are offered.
