Capabilities, features and prospects of use subcontracting in educational sphere (in the development of public-private partnerships)

Abstract

The article investigates the modern phenomenon of subcontracting. Also the article is devoted to searching of alternative use of positive working experience of subcontracting for intensive development of PPP-projects in education. The author reveals new view of «subcontracting» nature in educational sphere, describes its main otherness from outsourcing. The typical algorithm of partnership based on subcontracting in PPP projects in education is also offered in the article.
