The peculiarities of labor relations in small business

Abstract

The article analyses the peculiarities of labor relations in Russian small business. They are manifested in the peculiarities of the management of labor contracts, employing workers, personnel policy, training of personnel, remuneration policy. Some of these features are confirmed by the results of sociological research conducted by the author in 2003, 2010 and 2011.
