Improving motivation mechanism in according to the principles of quality

Abstract

The author discusses an approach to improve the motivation mechanism in terms of total quality management. Such a motivational mechanism is not only a guarantee of employee engagement, but also to create optimal working conditions of staff, as well as a way to overcome the problem of labor crisis. This way to achieve the realization of the idea of «total quality», because of the work of the personnel directly affects the quality of the manufactured product.
