Creation of the «directive» model of the innovational enterprises as the factor for sustainable growth of the national economy

Abstract

Purpose: The existing models of innovative enterprises, theoretic and methodological approaches are considered and the author's model based on «directive approach», with introduction of organizational structure fragment of the relevant enterprise is offered in the article. Discussion: Under the assumption that the main factor triggering the scientific and technological progress, are the state requirements for a newly created product, or directives, the use of directive model is proposed. The model is cyclical and includes two subjects of innovation - state and companies. Results: The authors propose schemes for constructing bipolar directive model. The studies confirmed the possibility of the practical use of the model developed for the development of innovative process in the modern economy.
