Control system of the organization: concept and model

Abstract

In article the concept of a control system by the organization as evolutions of concepts system, a control system and the organization is investigated. The author analyzes terminology of the general theory of systems, cybernetics, the organization and management theory. As a result of researches the definition characterizing a control system of the organization as set of procedures of information and power influence of culture of the organization, defined by her leaders and owners, on the structure which has been objectively caused by a chain of creation value of the organization is formulated. As a result of research the author offers three aspect model of a control system of the organization, called very tectonics.
