System approach in justification of corporate global technical regulation of financial accounting

Abstract

In the article the hierarchy of standards and regulations of management account is offered. The ordering of standards ISO 9000 and 10000 is resulted. The maintenance of concepts «inner standard of management account», «inner standardization of management account», and «inner order of management account», and «inner regulation of management account» is considered. The signs of system concerning of inner standards and regulations of management account are proved, principles of its construction and structure are determined.
