Financing of programs and projects in the field of energy conservation and efficiency on the basis of public-private partnership

Abstract

The article examines the role of Russia in production of the main types of energy resources, as well as the energy intensity of the national economy. The main forms and sources of funding for programs and activities in the field of energy conservation and efficiency are considered. Necessity of realization of public-private partnership in financing energy-saving measures and energy efficiency programs is proved, the article presents data on major investment projects realized by Investment Fund of Russian Federation in order to develop energy infrastructure in the country.
