Labor and labor relations in small business: modern approaches in scientific researches

Abstract

Purpose - the analysis of the latest researches related to the area of labor and labor relations in small business, which have already been published or are available at the site of the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) for determination of the latest trends of the further subject investigation. Methods: analysis, generalization. Results: on the ground of generalization of the opinions of the scientific articles authors, it is concluded that the youth entrepreneurship is at the initial stages of development. It is the important trend in the arrangement of the young citizens' self-employment. The authors of various articles criticize self-employment, as this process is not accompanied with the self-education and the citizens' diligence in the process of goal achievement. The latest issues related to the labor relations regulation in small business still require their resolution, as well as the issues of increasing the social responsibility of business for the society and for the hired labor. Scientific novelty, the vector of scientific search of the most effective tools, regulators and methods by means of generalization of the scientific researches in the area of labor and labor relations. Practical value: the article has not discussed all scientific researches devoted to the labor and labor relations in small business. However, it should be noted that the subject is of great interest for scientists as the issues of population employment are still one of the most important in the country. In the modern economic conditions, it is important to anticipate, how different categories of citizens by age, education, social position could arrange their business. Therefore, it is important that the state authorities and the society pay attention to the opinion of the scientific community on the issue.
