Research of relative characteristics population welfare in terms transaction costs

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to the research of relative welfare characteristic, which expression is affected by transaction costs. Discussion: In the study of welfare on the part of a layered approach, as a system of established rules and regulations, having a certain hierarchy of subordination, revealed that with the development of the information economy relative character of welfare only increases. Transaction costs have a direct impact on the relative welfare with its new features of explosive and fading character. Results: The author suggests a theoretical base mechanism of the functional impact of transaction costs on welfare includes certain elements. The results of these research confirmed empowering the use of this knowledge, as well as possibility of practical use of the developed mechanism for supporting decisions relating to the growth of welfare in the context of globalization.
