The model of balance developing of key competencies in trade organizations

Abstract

The article gives the authors' model of balanced development of key competencies in trade organizations, formed in interacting functional spheres in trade. The methodological basis of the model is the system of balanced data with expansion of its aims, indices, tasks and initiatives with structural components of competitive potential of trade organizations: commercial, technological, communicative-image, consumer.
