The significance of innovative infrastructure for forming favorable investment climate in monotowns

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to urgent issues of innovative infrastructure development which is a key element of the national investment policy and is conductive to forming favorable investment climate in monotowns. Results: The authors bring to light distinctive features of forming favorable investment climate in monotowns of Russia within the framework of the national innovation system, determine main characteristics of innovative infrastructure for Russian monotowns, point out socio-economic tasks for its formation. The authors state a number of problems connected with forming of such infrastructure in the monotowns of the country and propose their solutions.
