Process approach in monitoring and measurement of satisfaction of a general contractor on the example of construction

Abstract

Purpose of this article is development of methodical recommendations about a complex assessment of extent of implementation of requirements of the person which is carrying out construction. Discussion of this subject is based on requirements of the specifications and technical documentation of construction branch. Feature of considered approach is application of information which is obligatory for the enterprises of construction branch that provides mobility of a control system with quality of the enterprise. The result, in the form of the developed methodical instructions mentions such stages of life cycle of construction production, as design, implementation of tests, survey of works. However key aspect of this article is operational control of installation and construction works.
