Approach to the staff effectiveness assessment based on the integration of the concepts management by objectives, performance management and evidence-based management
Abstract
Purpose: The article is devoted to the performance evaluation of organization staff on the background of this issue in the mainstream system of theory and practice of the Russian management. Discussion: Assuming that concepts of management by objectives, performance management and evidence-based management reflect and evaluate various features of personnel management, often overlap and complement each other, the author proposes to implement the combination of these three concepts with the main components. This allows organizations to generate mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel fully and fairly reflect the real situation. Results: The author has proposed the idea of making a mechanism for evaluating the impact of the organization's personnel based on the integration of concepts management by objectives, performance management and evidence-based management.
