Formation of system of an assessment of competitiveness of regions: use prerequisites in Russia of foreign experience

Abstract

In article experience of the developed countries of the world concerning formation of system of an assessment of competitiveness of regions is analyzed. The tendency to formation of an integrated approach to an assessment of competitiveness of regions in practice of systems of an assessment of efficiency of regional policy of the state and efficiency of activity of subjects of economy of regions in the developed countries is noted. Need of development of approaches to formation of an integrated indicator of competitiveness of the region taking into account the best international practices and features of domestic system of monitoring of activity of subjects of economy at mesolevel is staticized.
