Some features of certain antibiotics’ consumption in hospital and retail segments of Voronezh pharmaceutical market

Abstract

Problem of the structure of budget expenditures’ improvement recently acquirs growing relevance. Special social importance of this problem concerns supplement of antibiotic drugs. It should be taken into account not only to improve economic efficiency but also to preserve a high level of medical care quality. Article is focused on discovering ways of reducing budget out laces on drugs’ acquisition. According to the results of a comparative analysis of cephalosporins’ hospital and retail market segments recommendations for improving the cost structure were formed, that provides significant savings in the procurement of this kind. Need for more accurate following the list of vital and essential medicines was performed.
